Rotating case gearboxes especially design for winch drives.

External negative static disc brake allows for easy maintenance in marine applications

Nominal torque ranges between from 5.000 Nm to 118.000 Nm (FEM class M5 L2 T5).

Transmission ratio from 1:13 to 1:200.

SLEWING DRIVE Units Description

Compact Gearboxes designed for applications with high radial loads.

Nominal torques (FEM M2 L2 T2) range from 3.000 to 160.000 Nm; special solutions available for output torques up to 2.000.000 Nm.

Transmission ratio from 1:3 to 1:3.500

TRACK DRIVE Description

Torque range between 100,000 and 865,000 Nm, equivalent to machine weights of between 30 and 500 Tons.

The models are designed with ground gears and a steel case and carriers to satisfy even the most demanding applications.

These features make the EH series particularly suitable for alternative applications such as wheels drives, winch drives and marine pipe layer drives.

HYDRAULIC HOISTING WINCH Description

Standard range from 500 kg to 30 Tons of line pull.

Equipped with orbit motors and axial piston motors.

Negative multi disc brake.

Variety of available accessories: tension rollers, third wrap indicators, two methods of load sensing on the winch, grooved drums, level-winds, absolute encoders.

HYDRAULIC PULLING WINCH Description

This range covers from 1000 kg to 30 tons of line pull. The design incorporates three independant elements (hydraulic motor, static brake and planetary gearbox), to provide maximum reliability and ease of maintenance.
